My roommate always seems to be plagued with yeast infections… and we’ve heard of and looked up some home remedies online. does anyone have any or know which ones work well???
Thanks!
echnicea works well for yeast infections. Yogurt is also another popular home remedies. If you’re looking for more yeast infections remedies, visit http://www.realhomeremedies.com
If she gets yeast infections frequesntly, she should see a doctor first. That being said, she should eat yogurt everyday. If she can eat two or three a day, she should be fine!
There is something wrong, has she been seeing a doctor?
I used to get yeast infections all the time. I changed my life style, stopped smoking cigarettes and pot and drinking every other day and it stopped. It also could be the boyfriend’s semen, does he come inside of her?
I have never heard of a home remedy for a yeast infection. What I have found to work really well is Monistat 7. They also have cheaper name brand cream. Good Luck
Eating yogurt is supposed to help, also washing the area well without soap can help keep down the itching. When I was younger and I got them, I would put alcohol (the rubbing kind) all over TP and just press it against that area, and in a couple hours it would just go away. I don’t recommend this unless in extreme cases however, it hurts!
If she has frequent yeast infections, she needs to see a doctor. Another possibility is that your roommate has a change in discharge that she mistakenly thinks is a yeast infection, but may be only an increase in discharge or another serious problem.
Either way she needs to see the GYN.
I have heard of using plain white yogurt…no flavor or anything..just plain white yogurt..she has to stick it into her vagina
and I agree with the others, she really needs to see a doctor, frequent yeast infections aren’t normal.
Your room mate needs to find out what giving them these yeast infection so often. That’s not healthy it could be a bigger problem. I suggest they see a doctor.

try eating plain yogurt on a regular basis. it has live cultures in it that help with yeast infections.
